MONDAY MOTIVATION

I received a random email last week from someone I did not know.
In her first sentence, she really annoyed me with a particular four letter word. This word is not associated with excellence of any kind.
It’s not a word that inspires a team in the locker room during half-time or motivates entrepreneurs to crush their goals.
Nonetheless, it just might be the most frequently used word these days.
