Before we head to the members only area we wanted to cover a few reminders to make sure you get the most out of your SuperFOCUS membership:
1. Add "Coach" ([email protected]) to your contacts. Let us know if you're not getting emails!
2. You will also begin receiving weekly coaching texts that help you maintain a success mindset. These encouraging texts are a client favorite so please let us know if you are not receiving them or you would like to update your best mobile number to start receiving them.
3. You will always access the SuperFOCUS members area in the Coaching Center. Be sure to bookmark the Coaching Center for easy access now. If you forget your password (created with your account registration), please click "Lost my password?" on the Coaching Center login page (www.achievingoptimal.online/login) and you may reset it any time.
4. Once inside the SuperFOCUS Members area you will find all of your lessons in the sidebar on the left. Almost all the lessons come with a PDF workbook for you to download and print (or use with an iPad/ tablet). Locate the downloads button right below the video.
