Couples Planning Retreat 2027 Terms & Agreement 

Due to the nature of this event, program registration fee and all lodging expenses, including fees, taxes, and service charges, are non-refundable.

I understand that I am required to book lodging for a minimum of 2 nights in the group room block (Friday, 1/15/27, and Saturday, 1/16/27) at the resort to complete registration and attend the 2027 Couples Planning Retreat at The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Oconee.

I understand the group room block rates start at $319++ per room per night with upgrades available. Requests must be made in advance of booking and are based on availability.

I understand that early departure from the resort without notifying the front desk may result in additional charges.

All reservations will require a non-refundable deposit equal to the first night’s room rate and taxes at the time the reservation is confirmed.

Upon the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event where The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee can no longer host the event as planned, we will work together with The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee to reschedule or modify the event as soon as reasonably practicable.
