MONDAY MOTIVATION

"Comfort foods" make us feel safe and comfy — at least, while we're eating them, right?

 

But that comfortable feeling doesn't last very long, and the consequences of the typically unhealthy but enticing dishes set us back on the health and fitness side of things.

 

Similarly, when we are stressed out, we have a tendency to think "comfort thoughts" - thoughts that make us feel good, but aren't valuable to our growth.

 

For example, we rationalize, blame and make excuses.

 

It can really feel quite nice.

So far, are you on track for 2024 to be any better than 2023?
